Overview
Salesforce Developer (B2B) Arizona Based at Leslie's Isle of Wight Limited. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on Salesforce B2B (CloudCraze) and Lightning Experience, web development, and building scalable, high-performance digital solutions. You will work closely with product, UX, and IT teams to turn designs into functional web applications while ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability. Responsibilities
Collaborate with product, UX, and business teams to translate high-fidelity designs into an interactive web experience on the Salesforce B2B platform. Review design concepts with cross-functional teams, providing feedback to simplify complexity and improve user experience. Proactively recommend technical enhancements for performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability of Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations. Deliver development work within an agile framework, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Write reliable Apex code and develop Lightning Components for enhanced user interfaces. Gather requirements with IT and business teams and design solutions that align with business goals. Implement and integrate Salesforce B2B solutions, ensuring end-to-end functionality and strong user experience. Perform thorough testing and debugging, addressing issues promptly and ensuring stability. Continuously optimize web solutions for performance, accessibility, and scalability. Essential Competencies
Strong hands-on development experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze) including configuration, customization, and extension of standard B2B features. Deep expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce on CloudCraze and Lightning Experience, including storefront architecture and data models. Ability to build and extend storefront components, product catalog features, pricing engines, cart/checkout flows, and order management logic within Salesforce B2B Commerce. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful API integration. Salesforce development tools: Salesforce DX, SFDX, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce CLI, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., jQuery, React, Angular). Knowledge of Salesforce Data Models, including standard/custom objects, Apex classes/triggers, and SOQL. Expertise in integration patterns using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi). Experience with Git and CI/CD concepts; familiarity with DevOps best practices. Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and cloud platforms is a plus. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM integrations is a plus. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce B2B (CloudCraze and Lightning Experience) development, including architecture and implementation. Experience migrating from CloudCraze to Salesforce B2B Lightning Experience, understanding architecture, data models, and UI changes. 5+ years in web development with strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful API integration. Solid experience with Salesforce configurations, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and related tooling. Proven experience in front-end development with focus on accessibility and extensibility. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration across Salesforce clouds. Agile experience, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Familiarity with Salesforce platform tools and integration practices. Benefits
