Manhattan, New York, NY Work Arrangement:
Onsite for the first 3 months (probationary period), then hybrid (23 days remote/week) Travel:
Must be willing to travel to Florida once per year for a two-week period About the Organization Our Client is with a foreign government-affiliated financial institution operating in the U.S. The organization is subject to U.S. financial regulations and engages in international banking activities. Target Base Salary Range:

Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) IT Audit Expertise
Strong background in IT auditing and risk assessment Technical Skills
Experience with CAATs (ACL, Arbutus), network security (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls), and control frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, COSO) Regulatory Knowledge
Familiarity with FFIEC IT Examination Procedures and NYDFS 500 Requirements Nice-to-Haves Professional certifications: CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP Experience in foreign banking environments Comfortable communicating with regulators Job Description The Senior IT Auditor will: Conduct audits focused on IT systems, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance Assess IT governance frameworks and risk management practices Evaluate infrastructure (AIX, Windows, DB2, SQL), core banking systems (Temenos), and third-party/vendor controls Use CAATs for data analysis and control testing Interact with regulators and governing bodies Qualifications Bachelors degree in IT or related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams Experience in U.S. financial sector regulations and foreign banking environments preferred Seniority level
