We are seeking a Senior Water Project Manager to oversee new and exciting water-related projects in the Atlanta Metroplex. With over 30 years of past performance, you will join a trusted team delivering water, wastewater, drainage, and stormwater design projects. Base pay range:
$125,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Job Details
We are a growing firm with ENR recognition, delivering projects across Georgia and the Southeast. This permanent role requires a candidate with 5+ years of experience in water-related project management. Location: Atlanta, GA. Travel may be required as part of project needs. Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of water and wastewater projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Coordinate and direct project design and project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Conduct detailed design of water and wastewater systems, including drainage designs, wastewater pumping design, and stormwater management design. Utilize HydroCAD software for designing and modeling stormwater management systems. Perform technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and address issues or concerns. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies. Continuously monitor and report on project progress, offering solutions to potential issues. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Masters degree is a plus. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in water project management. Proven experience in waste water, drainage designs, wastewater pumping design, water treatment, and stormwater management design. Proficiency in HydroCAD or similar software. Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater systems. Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build client relationships. Benefits
