Software Engineer IV/Mobile Software Engineer
for a
contract
with a client in
Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid) . This role involves developing native iOS applications for medical devices and writing automated tests to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance. Rate Range:
$75/hour to 94/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities
Design and develop native iOS applications integrated with medical devices, ensuring high performance and reliability. Write and maintain automated tests including unit, integration, and functional tests to support software quality and compliance. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure architectural integrity and adherence to regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance throughout the development lifecycle. Continuously improve development processes by adopting modern iOS frameworks, asynchronous programming methods, and DevOps practices. Stay current with advancements in iOS development and apply new technologies to enhance product functionality and user experience. Required Qualifications
Bachelors or higher degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. 35 years of professional experience developing iOS applications using Swift. Strong experience with automated testing, SwiftUI, and modern asynchronous iOS development methods. Must have worked in a regulated environment, preferably within the medical device industry, with a focus on patient safety and compliance. How to Apply
