Overview
As the Part Time Customer Service Lead at Burlington, under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor, youll lead day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspire associates to provide exceptional, friendly, and professional service, and uphold our Burlington philosophy and core values. Youll ensure a customer-first focus with friendliness, speed of checkout, and proactive problem-solving to create positive shopping experiences. Key Responsibilities
Model company core values, Our Burlington philosophy, and back-of-house standards for the team. Improve friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback by delivering a consistently great, professional experience. Maintain a neat and orderly front-end area and troubleshoot register/transaction issues. Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence. Requirements
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, and to stand and walk for extended periods. Compensation and Benefits
