What You’ll Do:

You will operate waste collection trucks, delivering dumpsters to customers and providing excellent service. Responsibilities include:

• Safely driving a CDL truck in various environments
• Choosing optimal drop-off locations to prevent property damage
• Operating hydraulic controls to load/unload dumpsters
• Securing loads and covering dumpsters appropriately
• Reading route sheets and servicing customers as assigned
• Performing daily vehicle inspections
• Interacting courteously with customers
• Performing other related duties as needed

Work Environment: Trash collection involves physical labor, heavy lifting (over 75 pounds), and working in all weather conditions, often around heavy equipment. Be prepared for outdoor work in various environments, including exposure to fumes, vibration, and mechanical risks.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record
• Class A or B CDL license
• Availability to work Monday through any day, starting as early as midnight
• Physically able to meet job demands
