AI Image Graphic Designer at firstmovr - a US-based eCommerce accelerator, a satellite Center of Excellence (COE) for eCommerce education and change management (remote).

Firstmovr helps companies in the CPG/FMCG sector adapt and transform e-commerce operations through virtual eCommerce summits, custom education programs, and strategic advisory consulting. Clients include Colgate-Palmolive, General Mills, Johnson & Johnson, L'Oreal, Mondelez, AB-InBev, Keurig, KAO Beauty, Abbott, Bic, Medela, Conagra, and others. Founders: Oskar Kaszubski and Chris Perry. The team is seeking an AI Image Graphic Designer for a roughly 6-month project with a Fortune 500 CPG/FMCG company to create lifestyle images for toothpaste products using AI technology, focusing on toothpaste tubes and related elements.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize AI tools such as DALL-E and Midjourney to generate up to 500 lifestyle images per month focusing on toothpaste tubes and related elements. Access and subscription to AI tools will be provided.
  • Apply Photoshop skills to refine and enhance AI-generated images, incorporating brand elements (e.g., logos) as needed. You should have your own Photoshop subscription.
  • Maintain image quality standards and align with website placement specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders globally, ensuring effective communication and understanding of varied requirements.
Qualifications
  • Fluent English strong communication with native US English speakers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to double-check work.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop for image refinement and overlaying.
  • Design background with a portfolio showcasing design expertise.
  • Interest or experience in AI technology is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to accommodate time zone differences for meetings and calls.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Strong self-reliance with the ability to make decisions independently, with manager support as needed.
Working hours and benefits
  • Working hours: 9 am 6 pm New York time (EST) daily to overlap with the team and client-side managers.
  • Full-time position (8 hours per day, 5/2). Students or candidates seeking to hold multiple jobs will not be considered.
  • Remote work: Location is flexible with a reliable internet connection and alignment to team hours.
  • Professional development opportunities and potential contract prolongation after the initial 6 months.
  • Salary increases after 1 year of successful work.
