People Connector, Executive Search - Conexus CFO, HR, IT

Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance.
Partner with department leaders to provide HR guidance and strategic support.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Manage HR systems and processes, with expertise in ADP Workforce Now for payroll, time tracking, and HRIS functions.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support company goals.
Support organizational change initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
ADP proficiency in payroll, HRIS, ATS, reporting and data analytics.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Hands-on, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
