What We Offer
- Hourly Range: $26 - $29 (based on experience)
- Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday - Friday: 8 am to 5 pm)

Responsibilities
- This role will report to the Accounting Division Controller
- Accurately process weekly and bi-weekly payroll using Paycom
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, managing sensitive matters such as promotions, role changes and terminations
- Respond promptly to employee payroll and compensation inquiries
- Monitor payroll tax compliance across multiple states (ID/OR)
- Facilitate smooth new hire onboarding, including system setup, orientation and documentation
- Partner with managers and team leads to support employee needs
- Assist with HR compliance and reporting, including ACA, OSHA, EEO and policy audits
- Oversee workers' compensation documentation and claim coordination
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR and payroll systems
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years proven work experience in HR Generalist, Payroll Specialist, HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Employee Relations, or similar role
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (REQUIRED)
- Will need to pass a drug test (REQUIRED)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, HRIS and PPS
- Knowledge of general human resources and payroll procedures/policies
- Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Advanced time management, interpersonal skills and detail oriented
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong personal and professional ethics
- A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
- Knowledge of Paycom is a plus (Willing to train)
