Job Description
Partners Professional is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries specifically related to tax and insurance calls for our client located in Wayne, PA. Our client is at the forefront of launching new and innovative financial products and processes in automation of loans including a cutting edge mobile app. The CSR will be responding to questions and concerns via phone and email, providing explanations of tax-related documentation, insurance policies etc. The selected candidate will be a point of contact ensuring customers are supported, feel confident and questions are answered clearly.
The selected CSR will have experience working in an office environment and it is strongly preferred that their experience have been in insurance, tax or financial services support. Our client is also in the mortgage industry. Those applicants with retail or food service customer service will not be considered.
This position is being offered as a temp-to hire, Monday thru Friday dayshift at 40 hours per week. It is Onsite daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding tax documentation, insurance policies, claims, and related matters.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on company procedures, compliance requirements, and customer account details.
- Assist customers in understanding forms, notices, and billing statements related to tax or insurance.
- Escalate complex or technical issues to subject matter experts while ensuring timely follow-up with the customer.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., servicing, accounting, compliance) to resolve issues efficiently.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
· Stay up to date with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in tax, insurance, or financial services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
- Spanish speaker a plus, but not required
- Experience with heavy data entry while communicating with caller
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, and other office software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism.
