About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Business Analyst to support our data center projects and operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in project documentation, requirement analysis, and effective management of the Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tool. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of infrastructure initiatives and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and reports.
• Perform detailed data analysis to support project planning and operational improvements.
• Manage and optimize the DCIM tool for monitoring, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Create and maintain JIRA stories, tasks, and dashboards for project and sprint tracking.
• Collaborate with Data Center Project and Operations Teams to align project deliverables with business and operational needs.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL standards and Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data center or IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of data center operations (servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud migration).
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
