Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will support operational processes by analyzing data, producing reports, and coordinating effectively across teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets and create reports using Excel and other tools.
• Support operational personnel and client service associates in processing documentation.
• Verify accuracy of inbound client documents and submit forms for final processing.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
• Prioritize tasks and manage project activities independently while ensuring timely completion.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and report creation; knowledge of macros a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with flexibility and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
