Job Description

Primary Location: Lewiston, Idaho

Class A Delivery Driver - NA: Drives truck over established route to deliver and merchandise products in compliance with state and federal regulations by performing the following duties:

1. Works without direct supervision.
2. Effectively resolves customer complaints.
3. Effectively communicates issues and customer concerns to supervisor.
4. Records delivery, buy back, and variance information on daily delivery record.
5. Responsible for rotation of displays, coolers, and back stock.
6. Operates hand trucks and/or electric pallet jacks.
7. Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on the sales floor of retail stores to attract prospective customers.
8. Arranges products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management.
9. Constructs or assembles display aids from company-provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
10. Places price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or floors.
11. Cleans shelves, coolers, and other display structures regularly.
12. Transfers products from customer stock rooms to designated floor or cooler displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize product in store, and minimize stock room inventory.
13. Collects or picks up empty containers or rejected or unsold merchandise.
14. Conducts and/or supervises truck loading and unloading, securing loads.
15. Issues or obtains customer signatures on receipts for pickup or delivery.
16. Cleans inside of truck. Performs daily inspections and routine maintenance on truck fluids, air, and oil.
17. Wears company-provided safety devices as appropriate to comply with safety standards and procedures.
18. Wears company-provided uniform and presents a professional image to customers and the workplace.
19. Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisors at any time.
