Spa Receptionist Job at HealthTrack Sports & Wellness in Glen Ellyn

Weekday Availability Required - Tuesdays and Wednesdays Needed

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients so that their experience at HealthTrack Day Spa is memorable: receive clients, assist them with their needs and perform various administrative duties.
• Work closely with the Spa Manager to educate, promote and sell merchandise on an on-going basis.
• Schedule appointments for clients and process all monetary transactions accurately.
• Answer phones in a professional and knowledgeable manner to obtain appropriate information and to address the client’s needs.
• Complete and file paperwork and assist with projects as needed.
• Help keep spa and receptionist area clean and professional.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED, and retail and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills a must.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude.
• Strong phone skills, organizational skills, time management skills and being a team player.

All HTSW staff are required to be trained in CPR/AED/1st Aid. Training is provided at HTSW.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
