Responsibilities:
• Develop and produce detailed designs and models independently using Creo 9 software.
• Translate specifications into innovative designs tailored to manufacturing requirements.
• Participate actively in team discussions, including whiteboard sessions and regular stand-ups.
• Collaborate with a high-energy team to deliver creative design solutions.
• Focus on designing products such as dispatch stations, flight/tower command stations, array consoles, and work surfaces.
• Ensure designs align with manufacturing processes and Design for Manufacturability principles.
• Adapt concepts into practical, manufacturable products while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Utilize expertise in sheet metal, medical devices, or structural metal components to enhance product designs.
• Contribute insights and solutions based on over 10 years of experience in the field.• Proficiency in Creo 9, with the ability to model and capture design intent effectively.
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and Design for Manufacturability methodologies.
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into functional and manufacturable products.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Background in sheet metal, medical devices, or structural metal components preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing-focused design principles.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product design and development.
• Knowledge of Creo Parametric and PTC Creo software tools.
