Overview
Inviting applications for the role of Business Process Analyst. At Genpact, we drive AI-powered transformation for global enterprises. This role engages with supply chain and engineering teams to streamline operations by identifying and addressing key challenges, using strong analytical and problem?solving skills to understand current operations, processes, data flow, tools, and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Identifying new opportunities, responding to customer requests, interpreting customer requirements, and executing contracted services.
- Identify quick wins and propose recommendations for the prioritized opportunities.
- Support the business on simplification and transformation projects.
- Support the business in new process setup and system implementations.
- Support cross-functional teams for any data anomaly driven by applications.
- Establish metric support and reporting using digital tools, dashboards, and various communication resources.
- Manage weekly and monthly status reports of KPIs.
- Provide weekly summaries of facts, observations, and progress of projects.
- Drive customer interaction and work independently; manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelors degree in engineering or business from an accredited university.
- At least 34 years of experience in Aviation / Engineering / Finance / Business Analytics roles.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to use metrics to achieve program goals.
- Demonstrated data analysis and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong oral and written communication, customer relationship, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and data modeling.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and influence customers and peers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma / Process Improvement.

Compensation: The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000, with final offers reflecting experience, location, and internal equity. The actual compensation package will include total rewards and benefits.
