Job Title: Business Process Analyst

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Description

In this role, you will engage with supply chain and engineering teams in streamlining operations by identifying and addressing key challenges.

You will leverage your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gain a deep understanding of current operational landscape and business models, conduct process deep dives to understand technological landscape, key metrics, data flow, tools, and pain points.

You will be responsible for coordinating with different teams to drive solutions for key customer issues.

You will design detailed solutions and recommend the next steps for implementation and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new opportunities, responding to customer requests, interpreting customer requirements, and execution of contracted services.
  • Identify quick wins and propose recommendations for the prioritized opportunities.
  • Support the business on simplification & transformation projects.
  • Support the business in new process set-up & system implementations.
  • Support cross functional teams for any data anomaly driven by application.
  • In charge of establishing metric support and reporting utilizing digital tools, dashboards, and various communication resources.
  • Manage reporting weekly & monthly status reports of KPIs.
  • Provide weekly summary of facts/observations/progress of project.
  • Should be able to drive customer interaction and work independently.
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelors degree in engineering/business from an accredited university or college
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Aviation / Engineering / Finance / Business Analytics positions.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated use of project management skills and metrics to achieve program goals.
  • Demonstrated data analysis skills and root cause analysis.
  • Strong oral, written communication skills, excellent customer relationship building skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Strong Business Acumen, Analytical capability, and data modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and influence customers and peers.
  • Demonstrated capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma / Process Improvement activities.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is 65,000 to 75,000 USD. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.

Work-from-Anywhere Roles Los Angeles California-based candidates are not eligible for this role.
