Step into the future of national defense technology with Leidos! We're seeking a driven Cloud Business Process Analyst to handle high-stakes migration projects within the DAF CLOUDworks environment. Based in San Antonio, TX, this hybrid role offers flexibility, challenge, and the chance to impact mission-critical systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and resolving business issues within Air Force Commercial Cloud Services (AFC2S) teams utilizing IC ITE services.
- Providing technical guidance to AF customers migrating to C2S/C2E.
- Assisting customers in integrating cloud solutions and strategies, managing environments using best practices and available tools.
- Offering expert advice on AWS, IC ITE GovCloud, IC ITE C2S, and other federal cloud frameworks.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot Jira and onboarding issues related to C2S/C2E.
- Develop policies and procedures to govern program responsibilities.
- Assist in project management, business development, and customer engagement with C2S/C2E clients.
- Lead Business and Technical Exchange Meetings.
- Provide metrics to leadership via SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Create business reports and processes to capture critical data for stakeholders.
- Understand procurement processes and assist with budget oversight for C2S/C2E services.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, CSPs, and SMEs to evaluate cloud solutions.
- Translate business requirements into system specifications.
- Explain RMF controls inheritance and funding application to task orders.
- Understand AWS payer and tenant accounts linkage.
What Sets You Apart (Required):
- Current TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years or Master's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for degree.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, IBM, Oracle, Google).
- Knowledge of AWS pricing tools.
- Advanced skills in Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule.
Nice to Have (Desired):
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or similar certification.
- AWS Solutions Architect certification.
