Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the restoration field (5+ preferred)
• Experience managing residential and commercial projects
• Ability to follow directions and lead a team
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with or willingness to learn cleaning documentation and processes

Work Schedule:

• Monday Friday: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
• Overtime as needed

Essential Responsibilities:
Lead and direct cleaning crews according to industry standards

• Maintain thorough documentation on job sites
• Ensure quality control and job site safety
• Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and supervisors
• Perform restoration tasks to high standards of quality
• Complete assignments promptly and professionally
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and respond to emergency jobs when available
• Operate company vehicles responsibly
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
