Dry Cleaning Presser ($14/hr)

A Cleaner World, a leading dry cleaning and laundry services provider is seeking an experienced and dedicated Dry Cleaning or Shirt Presser to join our team. As a garment presser, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press machines to ensure that garments are properly pressed and finished to meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain various press machines, including shirt press, pants press, and other equipment used in the dry cleaning process
2. Inspect garments to ensure they are properly cleaned and free of any stains or damages before pressing
3. Use steam, heat, and pressure to press and shape garments according to customer requests
4. Ensure that garments are pressed and finished to meet our high-quality standards
5. Handle garments with care to avoid any damages or wrinkles
6. Keep the work area clean and organized at all times
7. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries

Requirements:

1. Familiarity with various press machines and equipment used in the dry cleaning process
2. Ability to read and interpret customer requests and follow specific instructions
3. Attention to detail and a strong sense of quality control
4. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
5. Ability to stand for extended periods
6. Willingness to work flexible hours
