Automotive Customer Support Specialist
San Jose, CA | $25/hr
Are you the go-to person when friends and coworkers have car questions? Do you have experience as a service writer, technician, or automotive enthusiast? Put your knowledge to work in a role where you’ll help customers keep their tools and equipment running at their best.
We’re hiring an Automotive Customer Support Specialist who will handle customer questions, troubleshoot product issues, and guide users through solutions. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that ensures customers get the right support—whether it’s solving a technical issue, registering a product, or arranging replacement parts.
What You’ll Do:
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with product troubleshooting and support.
Use your automotive knowledge to quickly diagnose issues and provide solutions.
Document customer interactions and follow up on callbacks/voicemails.
Stay current on products with ongoing training.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of customer service experience.
Background as a service writer, technician, or strong automotive hobbyist.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Bilingual in Spanish or French a plus.
