We\'re seeking an innovative Senior UX Designer to help us expand Alexa to hotels, businesses, and beyond. In this role, you\'ll work with a blend of visual and voice interfaces to bring Alexa to more customers in more places, whether on home smart TVs or while vacationing—transforming technology used at home and on the go into intuitive, personal experiences. Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process for complex features and products—starting with early-stage design concepts that help stakeholders and leaders deeply understand the customer experience and ending with actively collaborating with engineers as they implement your specifications. Routinely partner with design teams across Alexa to adopt and extend existing design systems. Develop new patterns, uncover best practices, contribute to Alexa Enterprise Figma libraries, and share learnings with the team. Incorporate insights from relevant Alexa research, conduct hallway testing, and run user research with Dscout to inform and validate decisions. Partner with peer designers, product and tech owners, marketing, solutions architects, and business development to keep the customer at the center of decision-making. Operate with ownership and autonomy to expand skills, grow influence, and deliver best-in-class experiences for businesses and end customers. A day in the life
Support a product still in its early stages: design net-new concepts, dream up ways to solve long-standing problems, and partner with solutions architects, tech teams, and business development to refine offerings and secure new commitments. One week you might run user research to test interpretations of the experience; another week you might build a working prototype for a conversational experience. You\'ll operate with ownership and autonomy throughout your day. About the team

8+ years of design experience Have an available online portfolio Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
