As an Associate with our Healthcare HR Talent & Culture (HRTC) team, you will lead one or more project work streams using Huron approaches and methodologies to help clients solve business challenges and advance clinical and financial outcomes. You’ll work on varied projects, gain hands-on consulting and change management experience, and mentor junior staff while making an impact in healthcare organizations. Responsibilities

Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources subject matter and operations Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions using proven methodologies and best practices Apply critical thinking in data collection and analysis to identify data gaps and risks, developing sound conclusions and actionable, sustainable recommendations Summarize information and present findings and recommendations to client and Huron leadership Provide direct supervision of junior project team members, including coaching, mentoring, leading teams, and performance feedback Deliver solutions tailored to each client’s needs, enhancing impact and accessibility across healthcare services Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of three years of consulting, Human Resources or healthcare HR operations experience Understanding of Total Rewards programs and industry practice (compensation, absence management, benefits) Knowledge of HR operating models and key business processes Understanding of talent acquisition processes and strategies Understanding and familiarity with interpreting labor law verbiage Team leadership experience including building talent, training, supervising, coaching/mentoring, and performance management Ability to travel based on client or project needs (travel in Healthcare practice typically under 50% annually) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) US work authorization required Preferences

Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this job is $100,000 - $130,000. The range is a good faith estimate and may vary by skills, experience, market changes, and travel. The position may be eligible for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program; including incentives, total estimated compensation range is $112,000 - $153,400. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs. This salary information complies with applicable salary transparency laws and may be updated in the future.
