. About the Role We are looking for a Content Marketing Lead to lead the charge in creating high-impact content that builds our brand, fuels community growth, and drives measurable pipeline. This role is all about telling the Nooks story in ways that connect; through our customers, our founders, and our growing sales community.
What you’ll do Lead our content strategy across blog, video, and customer storytelling, including partnering with our product, growth, and social teams
Turn founder insights, customer successes, and SDR best practices into standout content that drives awareness and engagement
Partner with customers and the community to source and share user-generated content (UGC)
Build referral-friendly content that energizes our community and sparks introductions
Support thought leadership programs, including original research, industry guides, and best-practices series
Create event-driven content for localized meetups and virtual gatherings
Work closely with SDRs and sales to deliver content that helps move deals forward
Measure and optimize content performance for reach, engagement, and pipeline impact
Understands SEO and can research and identify how to produce content that wins in general and AI search
What you bring 4+ years in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
Proven ability to craft stories that resonate with specific audiences and drive measurable results
Experience sourcing and producing customer-led content
Comfortable on social media and able to create content that engages
Strong collaboration skills with sales, SDRs, and community teams
Creative, resourceful, and eager to experiment with new content formats
Understands incentives for UGC so people want to produce great materials
Proven results partnering with outside agencies

In compliance with pay transparency laws and in pursuit of pay equity and fairness, we publish salary ranges for our open roles. The target salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000.
