Insight Global is currently hiring an Assistant Claims Administrator to join our client's team in Snellville, GA. Our client is a regional insurance agency specializing in insurance and lending services for financial institutions. For 50 years, our client has delivered innovative risk management solutions with exceptional customer service. The Assistant Claims Administrator supports operations for the Creditor Placed Insurance (CPI) and Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) department. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, flexible, and able to maintain quality performance in a fast-paced office environment.

The essential functions of the Assistant Claims Administrator are:

• Assist the CPI Claims Administrator

• Assist the GAP Claims Adjuster

• Set up new claims, requesting necessary documentation from lenders and insureds

• Assign claims to adjusters, inspectors, and recovery specialists

• Prepare claim documentation for settlement

• Investigate and evaluate claims for additional recovery efforts

• Process inbound/outbound mail

• Prepare ongoing reports

• Maintain and file organized policy files and records

• Provide ongoing customer service via telephone and e-mail in a prompt, professional manner

• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

This is a direct placement position with an hourly pay of $22-$25/hr, depending upon qualifications and years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Three or more years’ experience in an in-person office setting

• Demonstrates intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

• Typing speed of 45-50 wpm with accuracy • Associate Degree

• Three or more years’ experience in an insurance or financial institution environment null
