How you create impact

The Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist is responsible for the daily execution and delivery of an exceptional customer experience, contributing to consistent customer satisfaction and excellence. Through frequent direct interaction with customers and collaboration with internal stakeholders, this role ensures that customer requirements are understood and met efficiently. The position also supports customer growth and profitability through proactive communication, problem resolution, and promotion of Kuehne+Nagel products and services.

Manages shipment ownership and ensures efficient file handling and availability of customer data

Ensures regulatory and compliance adherence throughout the shipment lifecycle

Monitors shipments proactively and communicates updates to customers

Responds to customer feedback, complaints, and escalations with swift corrective actions

Promotes and supports the use of customer-facing digital solutions

Participates in training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems and processes

Supports or leads customer implementations, ensuring cross-functional engagement

Drives customer retention and development

Maximizes profitability through spot quotation execution, upselling, and GP analysis

Collaborates with procurement and other stakeholders to optimize service delivery

What we would like you to bring

1+ years in air logistics or freight forwarding

Exposure to customer service, project management, or international logistics preferred

Understanding of freight forwarding processes and regulations

Commercial mindset with a focus on customer solutions

Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
