POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our client's team on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce environment to support business operations, improve user experience, and drive efficiency through automation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and access controls Design and implement scalable solutions using Flows, Validation Rules, and other declarative automation tools Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce a Support automation and workflow orchestration between Salesforce and other internal systems Perform regular data management tasks including imports, deduplication, and data quality audits Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views to support business analytics and decision-making Manage deployments and change sets across sandbox and production environments Provide end-user training and support, troubleshoot system issues, and document best practice QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator Strong understanding of Salesforce core features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience Familiarity with basic Apex for troubleshooting or light development Proficiency with Flow, Validation Rules, and declarative automation Hands-on experience with data management tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard Familiarity with user roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls Experience with building custom reports and dashboards Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams NICE TO HAVE:

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) Experience working with or integrating into a Mission Control Platform (MCP) Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello Project coordination or experience supporting CRM-related initiatives
