Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in supporting TMMI's sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams by handling essential office tasks. This includes primary responsibility for all RMA's and Service orders for TMMI, backup to the warehouse personnel when needed, primary for Emerson training coordination for both Colorado and Utah locations, handling simple order entry requests, and delivering order status updates directly to customers. Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team by handling primary phone calls, routing calls, order entry, and customer order status updates. Primary point of contact for all customer RMA and Service Orders. Provide support in the warehouse when needed (e.g., receiving material from vendors, pulling customer orders, shipping customer orders, assisting in stock rotations, assisting in cycle and annual inventory counts). Assist with basic office tasks as required by management (e.g., ordering office supplies, helping with customer events, helping with office daily opening and closing tasks). Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have:

General knowledge of distribution-based businesses with experience working in an office environment. One or more years of experience in office administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and similar programs. Strong customer service orientation, both external and internal. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Flexibility and the ability to adapt effectively to change. Self-direction and the ability to complete complex tasks with minimal supervision. A "go-getter" attitude with a commitment to TMMI's values and long-term goals. High school diploma or GED. Beneficial Skills and Experience:

College degree in a business discipline (strongly preferred). Previous experience in industrial distribution. Knowledge of ERP systems, with a preference for experience with P21 and other office software. Advanced knowledge of Excel. Physical Requirements:

The role requires on-site presence in the office for much of the work, adhering to regular hours (8 am to 5 pm). Candidates must be located in Colorado and able to work from the designated office location. Consistent sitting for extended periods. Regular use of a keyboard and mouse. Ability to occasionally lift 50+ pounds. Occasional stair climbing may be required. Position Details:

Location: Murray, UT office. Workdays: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Infrequent travel may be required.
