Job Skills / Requirements
A general job description of the daily activities and/or job tasks the position may require would include, but not limited to, one or more of the following:
· Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems to support Integrated customer equipment and systems
· Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
· Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
· Able to multitask and support the operations as needed for IT support and reporting
· Managing and maintaining hardware, software, and network for security systems
· A.I. object detection configuration
· Investigate and resolve software and network issues
· Coordinate and communicate with customers and operations to optimize security systems
· Complete all appropriate company paperwork and reporting as required
· Assist other functions of the department/company as needed
· Comply with safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Basic Qualifications Include:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Security camera systems and software experience preferred
· Ability to learn new software and equipment
· Strong technical skills and understanding of security systems and networking
· Clean driving record, no criminal record and drug free
· Independent worker who can take initiative when needed
· A quick learning ability, and ability to find technical answers/solutions independently.
· Good customer service & interpersonal skills
· Strong verbal and written communication
· Ability to lift 50 lbs.
· Flexible schedule to allow for a rotating “on call” shift for after-hours emergency service calls
· Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Suite
Pay Range: TBD Per Hour, depending on experience.

Alabama Security Regulatory Board License Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
