As a
Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher , you will be the central connection between our customers and our field team, ensuring exceptional service and efficient operations.
Dispatching Responsibilities: Manage the dispatch board to keep field technicians on schedule and generating revenue. Assign service and maintenance calls based on technician availability, skill set, and location. Get to know your technicians' strengths, communication styles, and preferences to help them succeed. Maintain accurate service call records and customer notes in our system. Support a positive, professional culture by staying upbeat and focused. Customer Service Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional tone. Listen attentively to customer needs, concerns, and questions-offering solutions or scheduling appointments as needed. Follow up on service calls and customer satisfaction. Provide accurate information about our services, availability, and scheduling. Handle customer issues or complaints calmly and efficiently, escalating as needed. Build trust and rapport with customers, ensuring a great experience from the first call to job completion. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Self-starter who's dependable and flexible with hours High attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Willingness to learn and grow in a busy, fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy and fast, accurate typing Ability to multitask and stay task-oriented under pressure HVAC or Plumbing knowledge is a
plus , not required Bilingual skills are a
