Insight Global is hiring for a Telecommunications Business Analyst to sit onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunication company. This Telecommunications Business Analyst will be joining the Customer Operations Organization and working on new initiative where for SMB mobile customers, they will utilize T-Mobile infrastructure/network and Charter will provide the customer service. This business analyst will be working cross functionally with various teams both inside and outside the organization, consisting of both technical and non-technical stakeholders (IT, development, testing, billing, etc). On a day-to-day, this business analyst will be writing use cases and taking the use cases- putting them in front of IT and development so they understand what is needed to ("grooming") then reassessed before handed off to testing. This business analyst needs to be able to effectively communicate with various parts of the business to understand what is needed from the requirements. This business analyst needs to come from the telecommunication industry AND be comfortable with onsite.

Skills and Requirements

• 4-7 years of Business Analyst Experience within the telecommunication industry preferably Mobile

○ Strong background with writing requirements, use cases, user stories, or flows within Visio

· Background using Jira, Visio, MS Office Suites, PowerPoint

· Ability to communicate with both technical & non-technical teams

· Good personality & communications

Bachelor's Degree Experience with Business Process Management Notation (BPMN): a way of documenting flows null
