Assistant General Manager / Head Trainer

to elevate our studio operations, lead our trainer team, and deliver best-in-class workouts that energize and inspire.

This dual role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes group fitness and the Rumble brand—bringing both business acumen and on-stage charisma to our growing studio.

What You’ll Do Sales & Member Engagement

Drive membership, retail, and training package sales through lead generation, follow-up, and tours

Build strong relationships with members and prospects through excellent communication

Book and convert high-quality appointments to meet monthly goals

Represent the studio at local events and community initiatives

Studio Operations & Leadership

Support the General Manager with daily studio operations, scheduling, and revenue optimization

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism

Assist in using studio software (ClubReady) and ensure accuracy in scheduling and reporting

Manage class schedules for efficiency and member experience

Trainer Team Development

Teach a minimum of 8 Rumble Boxing classes per week, including weekends

Identify and help recruit high-potential trainer talent

Support onboarding and development of new trainers in partnership with the Corporate Talent Team

Uphold Rumble brand standards in coaching, programming, and music

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in fitness sales, studio operations, or training (preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills, in person and across phone/email

Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Tech-savvy with solid computer skills and ability to learn ClubReady

Must hold a current group fitness certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA) and CPR/AED

Able to teach Rumble Boxing classes to brand standard

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
