Exemplifies MCR’s for new hires and team members; exemplify MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism. Practice, support, and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort. Stock beer, wine, liquor, ice, mixers, and dry goods. Give breaks to Bartender or Beverage Servers. Wash and stock glassware and utensils. Clean bar area in a safe and sanitary manner. Mix drinks as needed. Creates, maintains, and facilitates a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel. Other duties as assigned. WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license. Bartending school or relevant job experience preferred. Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit. Must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit. HOW YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL

Knowledge and skill using Point of Sales System. Knowledge of BERG liquor dispensing system. Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required. Skilled in effectively communicating and demonstrating ability to work well with guests and co-workers. Read, write, and speak English fluently. Ability to exhibit good character, self- motivated, and hard working. Ability to maintain neat, clean, and healthy work habits. Ability to demonstrate quick and efficient processes. Ability to identify and handle intoxicated guests in accordance with established policy and procedure. Must be 21 years or older.
