We’re seeking a future team member for the role of
Vice President to join our Resiliency Strategy and Execution team.
This role is located in
Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary Florida.
The role is a hybrid position, offering work flexibility.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Being a first-principles problem solver, thought partner, and effective challenger
Driving and supporting change initiatives around strategic programs, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies including training.
Supporting the team by taking on projects and tasks at all levels
Identifying opportunities for process improvements through incessant curiosity and leading initiatives to streamline processes that support resiliency operations, leveraging appropriate technologies to deliver on solutions.
Delivering output of the highest quality
Contributing to or authoring policies, standards, or procedures
Developing and executing training and consulting support to internal business partners;
Designing and contributing to program performance and metrics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Superior critical thinking, analytical, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills
Exceptional data evaluation skills with the ability to interpret information from various sources and offer creative, practical, actionable insights
The ability to work cross-functionally, prioritize, multi-task, and manage major projects, often in an ambiguous environment
An equal level of comfort driving analyses or receiving direction, leading or contributing as appropriate, driving conversations or supporting as necessary
To establish trusted relationships to effectively challenge and influence stakeholders
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
A solid understanding of change management principles and agile methodology.
Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on transformation, cross functional collaboration, business support, or process improvement initiatives or 3+ years experience in consulting / corporate strategy
Experience leading Strategy projects – framing, analysis, synthesis, project management
Attributes: Strategic thinker, results-oriented, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a
very
fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
