Job Title: Flex Operator
Job Description
As a Flex Operator, you will play a vital role in the setup and maintenance of machinery for production runs. You will assist in the removal and setup of dies and tooling, ensuring all wires and hoses are properly connected for the Process Technician. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean workspace by removing plastic debris from the floor and machinery.
Responsibilities
Assist in the removal and setup of die/tooling for production runs.
Remove all wires and hoses to pull tooling and molds out of the press.
Connect proper wires and hoses to prepare tooling for the Process Technician.
Clean plastic debris off the floor, machines, and in the hosing.
Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude and experience with machine operation.
Experience in plastic injection molding and press operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in plastics, mold setting, or general machine setup is advantageous.
A positive attitude with a desire to progress into a Setup Technician or Maintenance position.

Closed-toe, rubber-soled shoes are mandatory. No dangling jewelry is allowed, and tattoos and hair color are acceptable as long as they are not offensive. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
