What You'll Bring to the Table:
Minimum age: 18+ Experience:
At least 2 years leadership experience in a high-volume hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment venue A deep commitment to outstanding guest service Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team at all levels Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities A hands-on approach with a willingness to jump in wherever needed TIPS certification (or ability to obtain before start date) preferred What You'll Do:
Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across FOH & BOH Train, mentor, and schedule team members and supervisors Drive operational excellence while upholding guest service standards Collaborate with department leaders to ensure consistency and efficiency Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach Maintain compliance with cleanliness, safety, and all health regulations Monitor labor, costs, and inventory to support financial goals Help foster a fun, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture If you're ready to take the next step in your career, lead from the front, and be part of an energetic team that knows how to have fun while working hard -
