Associate Director, Rocket Motor Systems

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built, and sold through its AI-powered Lattice OS and a focus on autonomy, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking to support mission outcomes.

About the Team

The Business Development (BD) team within Andurils Growth organization identifies, shapes, captures, and grows new opportunities and capabilities. BD members bridge clients and the broader Anduril team, conveying client perspectives to internal teams, and serving as brand ambassadors externally. They partner with Program Managers to ensure products meet client expectations and drive continuous product improvements in response to evolving needs.

Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) is a merchant supplier of Solid Rocket Motors (SRM) that designs, produces (e.g., mix, cast, cure, and assemble), and tests (static & in-flight) SRM propulsion systems. RMS Growth Team works with Defense Primes, the US Armed Forces, emerging defense companies, and allies to determine how RMS can design and produce SRM propulsion systems tailored to mission sets. RMS Growth Team members pursue opportunities to qualify Anduril RMS as an SRM supplier and to enhance weapon systems with Andurils ALITEC propellant and other technologies.
