Overview
Associate Director, Global Oncology Forecasting and Analytics located in Raritan, NJ. The role is within the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO) and focuses on delivering robust forecasts, business analytics, and strategic insights to support decision making in Global Oncology. The position also involves leading primary and secondary market research and acting as the voice of the customer to translate learnings into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update forecast models to inform long-range financial planning and governance milestone decisions.
- Deliver global forecasts, perform sensitivity analyses, and bridge to prior forecast sets.
- Lead discussions on forecast model designs, establish key assumptions, and ensure alignment with Global and Regional stakeholders.
- Incorporate insights from Competitive Intelligence and Market Research to ensure rigor of global forecast assumptions.
- Partner with regional commercial analytics teams for product performance tracking and dashboards.
- Communicate opportunities and risks clearly to global and regional commercial leadership.
- Collaborate with supply chain on manufacturing and supply planning.
- Lead and deliver Market Research initiatives.
- Develop market research plans by identifying data gaps and aligning with Global and Regional stakeholders.
- Execute qualitative and quantitative global primary market research.
- Articulate market research findings, frame insights, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actions.
- Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams on implications and recommendations from primary and secondary research and other analyses.
- Collaborate with Global Commercial marketing teams and cross-functional partners, including Business Development, to optimize commercial development strategies.
Qualifications
Required- Bachelor's degree with 8 years, or advanced degree with 5 years of progressive business experience in Forecasting, Market Research, Quantitative Sciences, Business Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Forecasting experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Advanced degree.
- Market Research experience in addition to forecasting experience.
- Experience in Oncology.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000. The company offers a performance-based compensation program, including eligibility for an annual cash bonus based on individual and company performance.
