Position Type : Full-Time (32 hour workweek), Direct-Hire

Riverside company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing key HR functions, with a strong focus on compliance, payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement. This role ensures legal and regulatory adherence, accurate and timely payroll, effective onboarding experiences, and well-managed benefit programs. The HR Manager also maintains the employee handbook and contributes to team building and organizational culture initiatives that foster collaboration and retention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key HR functions with a strong focus on compliance, payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement.
• Ensure legal and regulatory adherence, accurate and timely payroll, effective onboarding experiences, and well-managed benefit programs.
• Maintain the employee handbook and contribute to team building and organizational culture initiatives that foster collaboration and retention.

Position Requires

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with direct experience in payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Paylocity, Paychex).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) preferred.
