Travel Nursing Job Details Job Title: Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) - Travel Assignment Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Healthcare Facility: Women and Infant (Labor & Delivery) Unit Location: Breese, Illinois 62230 Shift: 12-hour night shifts (5:00pm - 5:00am), every other weekend Hours per Week: 36 Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 09/29/2025 - End: 12/28/2025) Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,200 - $2,360 per week Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license (required at time of application) Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience BLS (Basic Life Support) certification ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification Fetal Monitoring certification Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend Not accepting local candidates within a 50-mile radius of Breese, IL Labor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in the Labor & Delivery unit Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs using advanced fetal monitoring equipment Assist physicians and midwives during labor, delivery, and postpartum care Administer medications, IVs, and interventions as ordered by healthcare providers Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth experience Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with hospital and nursing standards Apply now to join our dedicated healthcare team and take the next step in your travel nursing career with this rewarding Labor & Delivery RN job in Breese, Illinois!
