Job Specifics:
This Firm is currently seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience for any of their offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, or New York City.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm
- Superior law school academic credentials
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies
- Barred in the state where submitting application/resume, or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam in that state
- Resume, deal sheet, and law school transcript are required in order to be considered

- The anticipated salary range for this position is: $260,000 to $310,000/year. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
