This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and support the design, development, and optimization of industrial control systems. You’ll work cross-functionally to integrate controls into manufacturing processes, manage projects, and drive innovation in a dynamic production environment.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement control strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish and enforce engineering standards for control system design and implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical input on the selection and implementation of control hardware and software.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and implement innovations as needed.
  • Manage controls engineering projects and align activities with overall project goals.
  • Collaborate with external controls vendors to ensure effective project execution.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members and end-users on control system operation and maintenance.
  • Lead and mentor small group of control technicians across all shifts.
  • Create and maintain documentation for control system designs, configurations, and changes.
