Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrophysiology (EP) and cardiac catheterization lab procedures, performing complex EP procedures including ablations, implants, and Watchman devices. This role requires the ability to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 5:30pm with the expectation of 1-2 late stay shifts per week, and must work 2 of the 3 main holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves working with adult patients in a fast-paced environment, performing advanced cardiac procedures and ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care. Candidates must be adaptable and willing to float to other units as needed based on census demands.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform all electrophysiology procedures, including ablations, implants, and Watchman devices.
- Maintain comprehensive patient records using the Epic EMR system.
- Provide care and support to patients undergoing complex cardiovascular procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.
- Participate in on-call duties as required during holiday weekends.
- Successful completion of a health sciences program.
- 2 years of experience in Electrophysiology (EP) or Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Current certification as RCIS or RCES.
- Minimum of 1-year experience with Epic EMR is required.
- Experience with tilt table studies.
- Minimum of 1 year of scrub experience in an invasive cardiac setting.
