Job Details

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs care of program participants and assist in coverage
• Prepares for and ensure proper program recording and reporting
• Participates in the daily activity planning
• Ensures implementation of curricula on child and modality development
• Performs classroom sanitizing and ensures child safety standards are met
• Prepares child observation and incident reports
• Ensures daily log entries for recording activities
• Participate in the rotation for kitchen duties and meal prep
• Performs all other functions as assigned
• Must have knowledge in reporting and assisting with the CACFP monthly recording report

Qualifications

Education:

High School or better.

Experience:

• Food handler's certification and/or training required.
• Must be able to work with at-risk families, acquire crisis intervention and conflict resolution and CPR training.
• Must have some experience in working with children and youth.
