Are you passionate about working with children? The Goddard School in Urbana, Maryland, a leading private preschool, is seeking a dynamic Preschool Teacher to join our outstanding faculty. The ideal candidate will be motivated and prepared to become a key member of our team, possessing a Bachelor's degree and/or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of preschool-aged children.
• Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and support special education initiatives.
• Ensure a safe and nurturing atmosphere for all students.

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
