PWM Banking Analyst
The PWM Banking Analyst will receive comprehensive on-the-job training focused on the technical aspects of Private Banking. This role supports credit-related functions, including the processing of consumer and commercial loansboth new originations and renewals. Key responsibilities include: Managing the end-to-end loan process: submission, approval tracking, documentation ordering and review, booking, and post-booking maintenance. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the credit workflow. Monitoring and working on all Portfolio Management items. Serving as a liaison between Bankers, clients, and the loan support department to facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution. Supporting Treasury Management activities and assisting with Pricing Exception requests. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to develop expertise in private banking operations while contributing to a high-performing team. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Ten or more years of private wealth management experience in the financial services industry Preferred Skills/Experience: Strong relationship management and lending skills Strong sales and new business development skills Advanced knowledge of Private Wealth Management products and services Expert knowledge of private banking products and services, including credit processes Strong networking and business development skills Ability to partner with clients to identify and service unique customer needs Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to make critical decisions independently Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members' whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
