Position
The Business Development Manager - After Sales and Service will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to effectively promote, present and sell our spare parts and service programs. The Sales Manager will have strong sales acumen and excellent communications skills. This role will identify and pursuing opportunities to grow our Brush business.
Responsibilities Maintain communication with key customer accounts to enhance relationships and generate more share of wallet for spare parts and services. Identify and develop sales approach in each respective market to grow Brush business Develop and execute sales goals on key customer accounts Promote parts programs for each respective market, Airport, Commercial, and Construction Obtain industry knowledge for Brush business in North America. Partner with leaders to streamline process and continue to drive improvements. Enter new and existing customer data into ERP & Sales software. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in related field GED/High School Diploma or equivalent experience Mechanical aptitude and previous After Sales experience or related field experience is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in basic mathematics and computation Strong verbal and written communication skills.
