Practice Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Practice Manager at our Oceanside OB/GYN practice in Somers Point, NJ. The Practice Manager is responsible for the operational leadership of a multi-site care center. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, financial performance, and positive colleague experience. The manager will also collaborate with the Operations Director to support and implement organizational goals and initiatives: Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Operational Leadership Oversee 1 care center with up to 3 locations. Lead strategic planning and business development initiatives. Drive achievement of KPIs using data analytics (e.g., Tableau). Identify and resolve billing/payor issues with RCM partners. Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with CLIA, OSHA, CDC, DOH, and other regulatory bodies. Maintain facility standards and equipment readiness. Financial Management Manage clinical and non-clinical budgets. Oversee cash handling, purchasing, and Coupa PO accuracy. Collaborate with Director to evaluate ROI for new programs and revenue streams. Patient & Colleague Experience Drive patient satisfaction and manage escalated complaints. Lead the full colleague lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, and separation. Implement recognition programs and performance management. Provider & Clinical Support Manage provider scheduling, credentialing, reimbursement, and PTO. Coordinate with lead physicians and affiliate hospital departments. Marketing & Community Engagement Collaborate with marketing on events, social media, and promotional materials. Serve as liaison with referring practices and community partners. Leadership & Mentorship Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Other Travel up to 20%. On-site position. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience managing high-volume, multi-site practices (OB/GYN or fertility preferred). Proven leadership of teams with 30+ colleagues and 10+ providers. Proficiency in EHR systems (eCW preferred), Microsoft Office, and healthcare IT. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Pay or shift range: $65,000 to $85,000. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
