They evaluate G-code, M-code, and CAM software to ensure precision, efficiency, and manufacturability. This role also involves recommending tooling solutions, interpreting complex engineering drawings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Our Fantastic Benefits!Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany-paid Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramDollar-for-dollar 401K match up to 4%Paid Time OffMaternity / Paternity LeavePaid holidaysBonus PotentialWeekly Pay!General Description of Duties:Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in programming workflows and machining productivity Evaluate and optimize CNC machining processes, including advanced programming for milling, turning, and drilling operationsEvaluate and optimize CNC programs using G-code, M-code, and CAM software to achieve precision and efficiency Design and implement tooling and fixture solutions to support effective CNC program executionInterpret engineering drawings and suggest optimal machining techniques, especially on complex geometriesConduct trials and simulations to validate and optimize CNC programs before production Troubleshoot machining issues, revise CNC programs for improved cycle times and surface finishes Collaborate with programming and production teams to ensure program compatibility and manufacturability Train machinists and programmers in CNC programming fundamentals and best practices RequirementsQualifications/Physical Demands:Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering preferredStrong knowledge of G-code/M-code and multi-axis CNC operationsFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and process documentation3 - 5 years of experience in CNC process engineering and programmingExpertise in Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar CAD/CAM platformsMust be able to stand long periods of time and lift/carry items weighing up to 50 poundsJoin a company that puts you first.
