The ideal candidate will connect easily with people, be organized, and thrive in a high paced environment. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate quotes and follow-up on client focused campaigns. The right candidates can grow with us and have the opportunity for advancement.
Compensation:
•$16 to $17 an hour
•Part-Time or Full-Time
•Opportunity to Grow into a Full-Time Salaried Employee
Responsibilities:
•Make outbound calls to prospects using lists provided by the agency.
•Build rapport with prospects and customers.
•Answer incoming calls with a warm and welcoming voice.
•Transfer calls to the sales and service team members.
•Follow-up at specific times as requested by prospects.
•Utilize scripts and processes for making calls and interacting with prospects and customers.
•Other duties as required.
Requirements:
•Ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and actively listen
•Experience using online applications, computers, and email
•Must be a team player, organized, and able to work independently
•Utilize agency technology for comments and notes
•Willingness to learn and possess a positive attitude
•Maintain confidentiality and privacy

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Franklin, TN. Our office is open 8:30 AM-5:30 PM. We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
